The Swift Hitch™ SH02 is a portable wireless camera system with infrared night vision, designed to assist with tasks like hitching a trailer. It operates on the ISM-2.4GHz frequency band, which is legally usable worldwide without special permission. The system comprises a camera unit and a receiver unit, both featuring rechargeable lithium batteries.

Function Description

The camera unit captures images using a CMOS image sensor and transmits them wirelessly. It includes built-in infrared lights for night vision, which automatically activate in low light conditions, turning the picture to black and white (monochrome). The receiver unit features a receiving module and a 2.5-inch color LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to display the camera's image. The system is designed for ease of use, allowing users to view themselves backing up on the display to facilitate hitching.

Usage Features

Package Contents: The system includes one 2.4GHz wireless camera, one 2.4GHz wireless receiver, one lithium battery for the receiver, a "Y" shaped charging cable for both camera and receiver, a carrying bag for the camera, a carrying bag for the receiver, and a user's manual.

Charging:

• Both the camera and receiver are powered by Li-batteries.
• To charge, first load the Li-battery into the battery compartment, ensuring polarities are matched. For the camera, the weatherproof cover needs to be removed before charging.
• Connect the camera and receiver to an auto cigarette lighter using the "Y" shaped charging cable.
• A full charge takes approximately 2 hours for the camera and 2.5 hours for the receiver.
• The camera and receiver can be used while charging.
• LED Indicators:
  • Camera: Red on (Charging when Power off), Off (Power off/Finish Charging), Green on (Power on), Yellow on (Charging when Power on).
  • Receiver: Red on (Charging when Power off), Off (Power off/Finish Charging), Green on (Power on), Yellow on (Charging when Power on), Flash green (Low battery).
• A full charge for the receiver provides about 180 minutes of continuous operation. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before its first installation to optimize its life.

Operation:

• Ensure the camera is fully charged.
• Press the Power ON/OFF button on both the camera and receiver to power them on.
• Mount the magnetic camera on your tailgate and adjust it to a suitable angle relative to your receiver.
• View the display on the receiver to assist with backing up and hitching.

Night Vision: The camera's built-in infrared lights provide night vision for low light conditions, automatically activating and displaying a black and white image.

Maintenance Features

• General Care:
  • Do not shake or strike the product.
  • Keep it dry and dust-free, avoiding direct sunlight exposure.
  • Do not place near magnetic objects.
  • Avoid places with constantly changing temperature or humidity.
  • Keep away from heat sources like electric heaters.
  • Do not use near aggressive chemicals or water (e.g., bathtubs, sinks, pools, wet basements).
• Environmental Considerations:
  • Do not use the camera in places enclosed by metal (e.g., elevators, cabins), as surrounding metal may shield electromagnetic waves, leading to signal reception failure.
  • Please obey local government's environmental protection policy regarding waste electrical products. Recycle where facilities exist; do not dispose of with household waste.
• Power Management:
  • Turn off the power when the device is left unused.
  • If the camera battery is exhausted, recharge it with the charging cable.
  • Cover the camera's back with the weatherproof cover on rainy days.
• Battery Safety:
  • Do not burn or disassemble the Li-battery.
  • Do not short-circuit the battery, as it may cause fire or electric shock.
• Warranty and Repair:
  • Do not disassemble or repair the camera or receiver, as this might cause damage and will void the one-year limited warranty.
  • The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Retain proof of purchase.
  • Do not return defective products to the retailer; contact the provided phone number for support.

Restrictions

• Privacy: Do NOT use this product to violate anyone's privacy. Monitoring activities without consent is illegal, and the product is not designed or manufactured for such purposes.
• Medical Equipment: Do NOT place this product near medical equipment. Radio waves may cause breakdowns in electrical medical equipment. Keep it at least 1 foot away from heart pacemakers, as radio waves could potentially influence them and lead to respiratory disturbance.
• Illegal Activities: Do NOT use this product for any illegal activities. The manufacturer is not responsible for consequences of illegal acts committed by the user.
