- Reply: enter your message and send to the
sender.
- Call sender: to call the sender.
- Forward: to forward message to other
recipients.
- Delete: delete the message.
- Advanced:
- Use number: dial the number, save it in the
phonebook or send a SMS to this number.
- Use USSD: if the SMS contains a USSD code
(provider-dependent), you can reuse it.
Message settings
1 In standby: press Menu, select Messaging and
press OK.
2 Select SMS settings and press OK.
- SMSC address: phone number of the SMS
center (is taken from the SIM card and should
only be changed after consultation with your
provider).
- Validity period: change setting with /#-key if
necessary.
- Delivery report: turn the function on / off.
- Save sent message: turn the function on / off.
- Preferred storage: select the location for
storing SMS.
- Memory status: number of stored SMS.
