Villavent VX-400/700 EV is a complete ventilation unit for supply of filtered and preheated outdoor air.
Controls fan speed in 3 steps. Lamps indicate selected speed.
Controls supply air temperature in 5 steps. Lamps indicate selected temperature.
Important precautions to avoid electrical shock, fire, or damage from incorrect use.
Aluminium grease filter cleaning and replacement. Clean in hot soapy water.
Replace disposable bag filter. Reset operation time after change.
Inspect and clean exchanger block annually for dust buildup to maintain efficiency.
Inspect fans for dust buildup, clean with brush. Avoid water. Use spirit for stubborn dirt.
Ensure drain pipe is clear of blockages. Clean trap and pipe as needed.
Remove and wash air diffusers and extract louvres in soapy water.
Clear leaves and debris from intake grille to maintain capacity.
Inspect and clean duct runs periodically to prevent dust and grease buildup.
Check fuses, plug connections, and fan plugs.
Check settings, filters, vents, fans, heat exchanger, and duct system for blockages.
Check supply air temperature, fire thermostat, extract filter, and ice in exchanger.
Clean fan impellers and check fan mounting screws.
Check drain pipe, water lock, and condensate pipe for blockages and insulation.
Interprets lamp signals for short circuits, low voltage, overheating, or defrosting.
Note unit specifications from data plate and contact authorized service representative.
