Villavent VX-400/700 EV is a complete ventilation unit for supply of filtered and preheated outdoor air.

Operation Controls

Airflow (Fan Speed)

Controls fan speed in 3 steps. Lamps indicate selected speed.

Supply Air Temperature

Controls supply air temperature in 5 steps. Lamps indicate selected temperature.

Important precautions to avoid electrical shock, fire, or damage from incorrect use.

Maintenance: Filter and Exchanger Tasks

Cleaning Extract Filter

Aluminium grease filter cleaning and replacement. Clean in hot soapy water.

Changing Fresh Air Filter

Replace disposable bag filter. Reset operation time after change.

Checking Exchanger Block

Inspect and clean exchanger block annually for dust buildup to maintain efficiency.

Maintenance: Component and Duct Checks

Checking Fans

Fans do not start

Check fuses, plug connections, and fan plugs.

Reduced Airflow

Check settings, filters, vents, fans, heat exchanger, and duct system for blockages.

Cold Supply Air

Check supply air temperature, fire thermostat, extract filter, and ice in exchanger.

Noise or Vibrations

Clean fan impellers and check fan mounting screws.

Water Leakage

Check drain pipe, water lock, and condensate pipe for blockages and insulation.

Interprets lamp signals for short circuits, low voltage, overheating, or defrosting.
