What to do if my T.I.P. Switch cuts out frequently?

  If your T.I.P. Switch frequently cuts out and indicates a lack of water, it could be due to several reasons. It might be that the cut-out delay is set too short; try increasing the cut-out delay (up to 180 seconds). Also, check for dry running caused by leaks in connectors or lines, and ensure all connections are tight. Clogged lines or filters, kinks in the connection lines, or a blocked suction line intake can also be the cause. Finally, make sure the suction line intake is fully immersed in the liquid.

Why is my T.I.P. Switch pump not supplying water?

  If the T.I.P. Switch pump isn't supplying water, it could be because the anti-dry-running feature wasn't properly installed. Verify the assembly and ensure it's installed in the correct direction. Alternatively, the pump priming process may not be complete. Try keeping the reset key depressed to make the pump run continuously and complete the priming process.

  If your T.I.P. Switch doesn't stop the pump when there's no water, it could be that the anti-dry-running feature or connection lines are blocked by solids. Remove any possible clogging to resolve this issue. If the problem persists, the anti-dry-running feature may be defective.
