First, ensure the winch drive is engaged by checking if the PTO shaft is connected. The pump won't function without it. Also, verify the oil level in the reservoir. Another potential cause is a power issue. Check the electrical connection on the tractor, ensure the tractor position lights are working, and inspect the remote control battery. Clean any corroded battery contacts. Lastly, the control valve might be malfunctioning. Check the system's power supply. If the valve is temporarily blocked, try unblocking it by simultaneously pushing the control console buttons and the magnet push-caps located in the middle of the magnet surfaces.
