Trouble shooting:
Speak too far away from the microphone, the best distance is less than 20cm
If one side is speaking, the other side will be rejected. The desktop unit can stop wall
mount unit s occupation by turning off the speaker.
If surrounding is too noisy, turn down the volume and ask the user to speak
closer to the microphone.

No sound
Check if the power adaptor is connected well with the power socket of the desktop unit.
Increase the volume if it is set at low position.
Check if the speaker switch is on.
Howling
Surrounding is too noisy, please keep the desktop unit far away from the wall
mount unit or turn down the volume.
