he/she can not hear you or only some noise can be

recorder functions normally, this issue may be

Q: Screen can not be lighted up?
A: Please charge the Talkase first since Talkase will
enter into an auto-protection mode to shutdown
while it is not be used for a long time.
Q: Tightness of Talkase case?
A: The phone case is made from hard plastic
material. Considering matching the case and your
Talkase to tight may damage your Talkase, we
guarantee the phone case will not drop out unless
there it is crushed or fell off.
Note: If you only buy Talkase (without case), please
ignore this problem.
