Remove some of the wood to clear the front hinge.
Tape the nose gear door in place. Apply a couple drops of thin CA to the base of the
hinges. Apply some oil to the pivot point to prevent the hinge getting stuck if CA get into
it. Do not allow any CA to get into the pivot point.
