Here's what to do: 1. Increase the sensitivity level. 2. Move the filter closer to the arc, ideally 1-2 feet away. 3. Ensure the filter points directly at the arc and the sensors aren't blocked by anything, including your arm or welding equipment. 4. Make sure the cover lens is clean.
