This operang manual contains basic instrucons that must be followed during installaon, oper-
aon and maintenance of the product. In order to prevent breakage and to avoid failure to ensure
warranty repair, carefully read this manual before using the product.
Automatic circuit breaker PC-10 is designed to control the operation of a single-phase surface or submersible
pump, as well as to turn off the pump in case of absence of water flow (protection against “dry running”)
Permissible temperature range of the liquid pumped is from +1°С to +90°С, at an ambient temperature from
+1°С to +35°С and air humidity not more than 70%. Requirements to the liquid pumped are as following:
pure water without abrasive particles and fibrous inclusions, maximum size of inclusions shall be 1 mm.
Shock impacts on a product are not allowed.

1. Do not operate the automatic circuit breaker without electrical grounding.
2. The circuit breaker shall be connected via RCD with a trip current of not more than 30 mA.
3. Before carrying out of any installation works, dismantling of the circuit breaker it is necessary to cut out
a device from electric network, as well as to open the valves for release of pressure in the system.
4. Disassembly and repair of the product is carried out only by Maintenance Department Specialists.
Installaon of the circuit breaker, its introducon into operaon and maintenance should be carried out by
qualied personnel only when all welding services have been performed and the pipes have been washed
out. The circuit breaker shall be installed in a dry, well-venlated room at an air temperature not higher
than 35°C. Before connecng, be sure to check the compliance of the electrical and pressure data of the
product with the parameters of your electrical and water line network.
INSTALLATION RULES: The circuit breaker is installed on the pressure pipe of the pump to the rst point of
water draw-o. When installing, avoid appliance of large forces on the body frame to avoid stripping of a
screw thread. There are instrucons for the electrical connecon of the device on the inside of the circuit
breaker cover. Poor contact at electrical connecon of the circuit breaker can lead to failure of the elec-
tronic circuit board. The cable used must have an outer diameter of not less than 6 mm and not more than
9 mm, and all four screws of the cover must be securely ghtened up to ensure no leak resistance of the
circuit breaker body frame. All bindings shall be hermecally sealed while connecng the device.
