ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS:
- To assemble the wheels, place the appliance
facing down.
- Insert the wheel into the four holes on the base
and push them until they are xed.
- Stand the appliance up again so as to check
that the wheels work properly.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that all products’ packaging has
been removed.
USE:
- Extend the cable completely before plugging
it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off
button (6/f).
- Select the appliance’s function desired.
FAN FUNCTION:
- Select the desired fan speed using the speed
button (5/e).
COOLING / HUMIDIFIER FUNCTION:
- Use the botton (1/a), to activate this function.
- To deactivate this function, follow the procedu-
re for switching it on in reverse.
- Do not activate this function if there is no water
in the tank, or if the water level is below the
minimum.
- NOTE: It is highly recommended to use the
ice containers (M) (previously frozen) and cold
water to maximize the cooling function of the
appliance.
TIMER FUNCTION:
- The appliance’s operating time can be control-
led (1-15h).
- To program the operating time simply select it
using the timer button (3/c).
- The programmed time will appear on the
display.
- After the selected time the appliance will switch
off automatically.
OSCILLATION FUNCTION:
- The oscillation function makes it possible to di-
rect the air ow from the apparatus, by turning
the vertical ns.
- To activate this function, press the oscillation
button (2/b).
- To deactivate this function, follow the procedu-
re for switching it on in reverse.
- You can also adjust the horizontal ns manu-
ally.
WIND MODES:
- This model has three wind modes:
- Normal: The fan operates constantly at the
selected speed.
- Breeze: The fan alternates periods of more
and less power, simulating the feeling of a soft
breeze. The amplitude of these shifts depends
on the speed selected.
- Night: At speed 3, the fan operates at this
speed for approximately 30 minutes, then it
switches to speed 2 for another 30 minutes and
nally it switches to speed 1 until it is turned off
or the timer runs out. At speed 2, the fan opera-
tes at speed 2 for 30 minutes, then it switches
to speed 1 until it is turned off or the timer runs
out. At speed one, the fan operates at this
speed until it is turned off or the timer runs out.
- To activate this function, press the modes
button (4/d).
- To deactivate this function, follow the procedu-
re for switching it on in reverse.
FILL UP THE WATER TANK:
- The water tank is in the bottom part of the
appliance.
- Always turn-off and unplug the appliance from
the mains before undertaking this task.
- Open the water tank cover (E).
- Pour cold water in, using a container, and add
the ice packs (M).
EMPTY THE WATER TANK:
- Always turn-off and unplug the appliance from
the mains before undertaking this task.
- Place the appliance on a surface that can drain
the water.
- Remove the plug from the drainage hole (L).
- When the tank is empty, put the plug in again.
