Taurus ATECA ACTIVE - Carry Handle;S; Parking Position; Changing the Filters

CARRY HANDLE/S:
- This appliance has a handle on the upper part
of the body, which facilitates comfortable trans-
portation(Fig.3).
PARKING POSITION:
- This appliance has its own parking position for
comfortable and straightforward storage.
- To make use of the vertical parking put the
applianceinaverticalposition(sothattheback
part of the appliance is now leaning against the
oor)securethehookoftherigidtubetothe
hook which can be found on the lower part of
theappliance(Fig.4).
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning
task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a
few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or
base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products,
for cleaning the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any
other liquid or place it under running water.
EMPTYING THE DUST BOX
- Open the container’s tabs, get up the lid /body
above the powder container of the appliance
(Fig.5)andpouritscontentsintoanappropriate
waste container.
- Checkthestatusofthemotorlter.
- Attach the cover / body on top of the powder
container of the appliance and close the con-
tainer’stabs(Fig.6).
CHANGING THE FILTERS:
- MotorHEPAlterlocatedinthedusttank
(highefciencyairlterthatefcientlyretains
spores,ash,sawdust,pollen…),itisadvisable
to change it a least once a year or after every
50hoursofuse,orifitspotencydiminishes
remarkably.
TO REMOVE THE FILTERS:
- Open the container’s tabs, get up the lid /body
above the powder container of the appliance
(Fig.5)
- Removethepiecethatholdsthelter(Fig.7).
- Removethelterfromitshousing(Fig.?).
- Toreassemblethelter,proceedwiththe
above instructions, in reverse order.
- IMPORTANT:Donotusedetergenttoclean
theltersandmakesurethattheltersare
completely dry before mounting them to the
vacuum cleaner.
