Mayonnaise 250ml Add 1 egg, salt, some drops of 35s
vinegar or lemon to the receptacle.
Fill with oil up to the level indicated
and switch on, do not move or
agitate until the oil has been bound.
Fruit milkshakes ------- Add the fruit and mix with blender -----
until smooth.
Béchamel sauce 600ml Melt 30g of butter in a saucepan 15s
over a low heat, add 100g of lour
and 30g of fried onion (beforehand
chop using the mincer attachment)
and gradually add 500ml of milk.
Whipped cream 250cml Place cold cream (0 to 5ºC) into a 2min
cold receptacle and beat with
blender, making vertical movements.
Be careful not to overbeat as the
cream will turn to butter.
Whipped egg whites 3 whites Add the whites to a receptacle and 2min
whip with blender, making vertical
movements.
Mashed potatoes 400g Potatoes can be blended while still 30s
in the saucepan.
Baby food 300g Cut up 100g of apples, 100g of 25s
banana, 50g of biscuits and place
into a receptacle. Add orange juice
and blend.
Grated bread 50g Cut up stale bread and place into 1,5min
goblet. Blend until desired
consistency is achieved.
Grated cheese 100g Cut into 1cm cubes and blend until 30-50s
desired consistency is achieved.
Minced boiled egg 2 eggs Cut into four pieces and blend until 10s
desired consistency is achieved.
Minced meat 150g Before blending, cut into 1cm cubes. 30s
(raw or cooked)
Carrot 200g Peel, dice and blend until desired 30s
consistency is achieved.
Nuts 200g Remove shell and blend until desired 30s
consistency is achieved.
Mature cheese 50g Before blending, cut into 1cm cubes. 10s

Salsa mahonesa 250 ml Poner 1 huevo en el recipiente, sal, 35s
unas gotas de vinagre o limón llenar
de aceite hasta la parte indicada y
poner en marcha el aparato sin
moverlo hasta ligar el aceite.
Batidos de frutas ------- Agregar la fruta y actuar sobre el -------
alimento hasta conseguir que quede
homogéneo.
Salsa bechamel 600 ml Deshacer 30 gr. de mantequilla en 15 s
una cacerola al fuego lento, añadir
100gr. de harina y 30 gr. de cebolla
sofrita (previamente trocearla con el
picador) e ir añadiendo los 500 ml
de leche.
Montar nata 250 ml Verter la nata líquida bien fría (0 a 2 min
5ºC) en un recipiente, también frío
y actuar con el batidor haciendo un
movimiento en sentido vertical. Tenga
precaución, pues si se pasa de
tiempo la nata se convertirá en
mantequilla.
Montar claras 3 claras Verter las claras en un recipiente y 2 min
actuar con el batidor haciendo un
movimiento en sentido vertical hasta
montarlas.
Pure de patatas 400 g Se pueden trocear actuando 30 s
directamente sobre el alimento
situado en la misma cacerola.
Papilla 300 g Trocear y poner en el recipiente 100gr. 25 s
de manzana, 100gr. de plátano, 50gr.
de galletas y un zumo de naranja.
Pan rallado 50 g Tr o c ear el pan seco antes de ponerlo 1,5 min
en el vaso y picar hasta la textura
deseada.
Queso rallado 100 g Trocear a tacos de 1 cm. y picar 30-50 s
hasta la textura deseada.
Picar huevo duro 2 huevos Cortar a cuartos y picar hasta la 10 s
textura deseada.
Carne picada 150 g Trocear previamente a tacos de 1 cm. 30 s
(cruda o cocida)
Zanahoria 200 g Pelar la cáscara, trocear a tacos de 30 s
1cm. y picar hasta la textura deseada.
Frutos secos 200 g Quitar la cáscara y picar hasta la 30 s
textura deseada.
Queso seco 50 g Trocear previamente a tacos de 1 cm. 10 s
