Valve Purging Mode/Refrigeration
If prior to power-up the shunt on J4 is placed on pins
1 and 2 (closest to relays) and the left Extra Large
button is pressed, the dispenser will enter the Valve
Purging Mode on power-up.

Both Service LED's will alternate between green and
red, and both Concentrate Out LED's will alternate
between green and amber (both at 1 hz.). The
dispenser will remain in this mode until power is
cycled or until the shunt is removed from J4.
Onboard Status LED's
Heartbeat LED (D27): After initial power-up, the
LED flashes continuously at a 1 hz. rate. It indicates
basic microprocessor functionality.
Fan LED (D5): The LED illuminates during any call
for refrigeration. It can become enabled before
actual compressor activation (i.e., if waiting for
short-cycle time-out).
H2O LED (D6): The LED illuminates when a
minimum of 20 ounces of water is detected.
THERM LED (D7): This LED is normally off. It
illuminates if there is a thermistor failure.
Refrigeration is locked out in response.
MOTOR LED (D8): The LED illuminates if the motor
on either side of the dispenser is running.
AUX LED's (D9 - D12): No operation at this time -
no illumination.
MOTOR 1 LED (D30): The LED illuminates when
the motor on the left side of the dispenser is on and
extinguishes when the motor is off.
MOTOR 2 LED (D29): The LED illuminates when
the motor on the right side of the dispenser is on
and extinguishes when the motor is off.
Compressor Relay Status LED (D13): The LED
illuminates when the compressor relay is on and
extinguishes when the relay is off.
H2O Relay 1 Status LED (D14): The LED
illuminates when the water solenoid relay on the left
side of the dispenser is on and extinguishes when
the relay is off.
H2O Relay 2 Status LED (D15): The LED
illuminates when the water solenoid relay on the
right side of the dispenser is on and extinguishes
when the relay is off.
Cabinet Temperature Relay Status LED (D19):
The LED illuminates when the cabinet temperature
relay is on and extinguishes when the relay is off.
H2O Temperature Relay Status LED (D20): The
LED illuminates when the water temperature relay is
on and extinguishes when the relay is off.
