General Troubleshooting
Problem Probable Cause Remedy
1. Dispenser will not operate (no
LED lights).
a. Dispenser is not plugged in. a. Plug the dispenser into an
approved receptacle.
b. Power switch is in the OFF
position.
b. Place the power switch in the
ON position.
c. Transformer has tripped the
reset.
c. Reset the transformer. Pull
the pump heads off. Check for
dried concentrate leaking
behind the sliding seal. Clean,
sanitize, and lube the piston.
Replace the seal.
d. The transformer is defective. d. Check for 115V at the primary
side of the transformer and
24V out the secondary. If the
reset is not tripped and 115V
is supplied to the transformer
but no 24V output, the
transformer needs to be
replaced. If 115V is not
present, check the outlet
and/or the breaker.
e. Defective control. e. Check for 24V at control - blue
wire and blue/white stripe. If
24V is present at the control
and there are no lights,
replace the control or
reprogram the software.
2. Dispenser will not operate
(green LED's illuminated).
a. The pump head is not locked
in place.
a. Make sure the pump head is
locked all the way clockwise in
the 3 o'clock position. The
display will read “pump head
lock”.
b. The pump head reed switch is
defective.
b. With the pump head on, check
the reed switch for continuity.
c. The filter tray is not installed. c. Install the filter tray in the filter
guide. The display will read
“install filter”.
d. The filter switch is defective or
out of adjustment.
d. Check the switch for proper
adjustment or continuity.
e. No concentrate. e. Replace the concentrate bag.
The display will read “out”.
