Problem Probable Cause Remedy
2. Dispenser will not operate
(green LED's illuminated).
(Continued)
f. The solenoids are not
operating.
f. Check to see if the water
solenoid illuminates when a
portion size is selected. If the
solenoid doesn't illuminate,
check for 115V at the control -
H
2
O1(left),H
2
O 2 (right). If
power is not present, replace
the control.
g. Solenoid/coil failed. g. If power is present and the
light doesn't illuminate,
replace the coil. If the light
illuminates and there is water
to the solenoid, replace the
solenoid.
h. Water frozen. h. If there is water to the unit but
not to the solenoid, check
refrigeration pressures and
set to specifications. Verify
the thermistor settings.
3. The dispenser will not operate
(red LED lights).
a. Unit will not operate when a
red light is illuminated.
a. Go into the menu and read
Error 1 from the last known
fault.
4. The dispenser will not operate
(flashing amber lights).
a. The mix is out. a. Check the bag and tube to
see if product is present.
5. The dispenser is operating,
but dispenses a weak drink.
a. The tube is twisted or kinked. a. Straighten the tube.
b. The bag is low on
concentrate, or is restricted.
b. Replace the concentrate bag.
c. Wrong ratio. c. Check to make sure the
display is reading the desired
flavor.
d. The concentrate is too cold. d. Check the temperature of the
product. Adjust the
temperature settings or
pressures if needed.
6. The drinks are poorly mixed,
or concentrate is at the
bottom of the cup.
a. The water pressure is too low. a. Verify that the water supply
line is providing a minimum of
2 gallons per minute to the
dispenser.
7. Excessive frost builds up in
the cabinet.
a. The door is being left open too
often.
a. Defrost the dispenser and
keep the door closed.
b. The door gasket is worn or
damaged.
b. Replace the gasket.
c. The dispenser is not being
defrosted once a week.
c. Defrost the dispenser.
