Troubleshooting
Model C009
Problem Probable Cause Remedy
8. Improper amount of product is
being dispensed.
a. The water solenoids are
sticking.
a. Replace or repair the
solenoids.
b. There is air in the water
supply.
b. Press the Large and Extra
Large buttons to dispense
water only to purge the
system.
c. The dispenser was improperly
calibrated.
c. Recalibrate, or set to factory
defaults.
9. The dispenser nozzle is
leaking product or water.
a. The nozzle o-rings are
damaged.
a. Replace the o-rings.
b. The water solenoid is sticking. b. Replace or repair the
solenoid.
10. Cabinet is warm, but water is
cold.
a. The cap tube or the EPR
valve is plugged.
a. Replace the cap tube or the
EPR valve.
b. Check to see if water is
reaching set point.
b. Make sure the thermistor
probe is all the way in the bulb
well. Check the thermistor
calibration.
c. Defective cabinet liquid
solenoid.
c. If the solenoid has voltage,
replace the solenoid or coil.
11. Cabinet and water are warm a. Refrigerant is low. a. Check for refrigerant leaks.
Reclaim and recharge.
b. The compressor is out on
internal overload.
b. Shut the unit off for a
minimum of 15 minutes to
reset the compressor. Start up
the unit again and retry.
c. Defective compressor. c. Replace the compressor.
12. Cabinet is cold, but the water
is warm.
a. The chiller AXV is set too
high.
a. Check and set AXV pressures
to recommended setting.
b. Defective thermistor probe. b. Replace the thermistor probe.
