Electrical Troubleshooting
The following information provides a sequential list
of electrical components that L-1 power travels
through to initiate various operations.
When the power cord is plugged in, Neutral (white
wire) is always present.
With the power cord plugged in / power
switch off:
L1 from the power cord goes to the power switch.
With the power switch on:
L1 goes through the power switch and to one side of
the HPCO (High Pressure Cut Out).
Goes through the high pressure cut out and to the
primary side of the transformer.
115V to the primary side of the transformer and 24V
out the secondary side.
24V then supplies the control board. The green
lights above the membrane switch should now be
illuminated. The control board now indicates which
components are supplied with power.
