Temperature Readings

Displays indoor and outdoor temperatures on the LCD screen. Indoor readings are at the unit's location; outdoor requires the sensor probe.

Switching Temperature Displays

Use the 'IN/OUT' button to toggle between indoor and outdoor temperature views, indicated by 'IN' or 'OUT' icons.

Indoor Humidity Readings

Displays indoor humidity levels on the bottom line of the LCD screen.

Viewing Min/Max Records

Stores and displays the last recorded high and low temperatures and humidity over a 24-hour period.

Clearing Min/Max Records

Press the 'CLEAR' button to reset minimum and maximum readings. The screen shows dashes before returning to current readings.

Backlight Feature

Activates the screen backlight for 3 seconds by pressing the 'LIGHT' button on top of the unit for easier viewing.

Temperature Units and Battery

Switching Between °F and °C

Press the 'C/F' button on the back to switch temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Low Battery Indicator

Replace the battery if LCD screen readings become dim or irregular.
