First you must remove the metal cover, it is the weight stop, that keeps the SLDR weight from
coming through. Lift it up with small screw driver it has adhesive strip on the back, it needs to be
pried up.
As you see removing the
metal stop strip will allow
you to remove the SLDR
Weight.
There is a threaded hole that
can be used for head
weighting or hot melt or to
reattach the Metal Plate.
You can drill or re-apply foam tape
adhesive which ever you prefer,
drilling the hole in the plate, this will
make removing and replacing weights
much easier.
You can use the extra screw we
provide to just fill the screw hole if
you wish, it’s easier and less work
than drilling out the plate. But if you
want to drill it out the instructions
below will help you.

Remove Weight Stop Cover

Pry up the metal cover (weight stop) with a small screwdriver to access the SLDR weight.

Remove Weight and Identify Threaded Hole

Once the stop strip is removed, the weight can be taken out. A threaded hole is available for modifications.

Secure Hole with Screw or Drill

Optionally use an extra screw to fill the hole or drill it for easier weight replacement.

Drill Plate or Re-apply Adhesive

Drilling the plate or reapplying foam tape adhesive eases weight removal and replacement.

Mark and Enlarge Sleeve Screw Hole

Mark, drill a pilot hole, and enlarge it to accept the sleeve screw for weight replacement.

Finished Head and Screw Functionality

The finished head uses a screw to stop the weight and close the threaded hole, impacting swing weight.
