Maintenance of the Teami Luxe Skincare Fridge is straightforward. To ensure proper operation and longevity, it is important to place the fridge on a well-ventilated and clean area, maintaining at least a 4-inch clearance around the unit for necessary air flow and circulation. This helps prevent the back of the unit from getting too hot, which is a normal occurrence during cooling mode as heat is moved from the inside to the back. Regular cleaning is recommended to prevent dirt and debris from obstructing the fan and to maintain hygiene. The air inlet cover plate should be cleaned every three months. For general cleaning, a damp cloth with mild liquid detergent can be used to wipe off any dirt on the surface of the case, followed by wiping the inside of the fridge with warm water. It is crucial not to wash or rinse the case directly with water, especially the switch, socket, inlets, and outlets.
During cooling mode, it is normal for mini fridge units to produce water droplets that may freeze in the back and then melt. If water accumulates at the bottom of the unit, it is due to condensation. To address this, when the fridge is off and at room temperature, a soft cloth should be used to gently wipe down the inside of the unit to remove any moisture.
