WARRANTY
• The failure is not related to the product’s
performance in line with its specications
• Service or support for software, operating
systems, or applications installed on the
product is sought, except for restoring
factory default settings.
• Service is requested for a product located
outside of China.
To the fullest extent permissible by law:
• TEBCO shall not be held liable for loss,
damage, or changes to third-party
hardware, software, programs, data, or
information stored on any media or part of
the product, regardless of the cause.
• TEBCO shall not be held liable for loss of
use, prot, revenue, or any resulting indirect
or consequential loss or damage.
• TEBCO’s total liability for all warranty
claims shall not exceed the original product
purchase price or, at TEBCO’s discretion,
the replacement of the product with an
equivalent one.
• All other warranties, conditions, terms,
representations, and undertakings, whether
explicit or implied, are excluded by TEBCO.
