2. Calibrating the CSU
A. Calibrate the CSU
(1) Install a manometer between gear pump and mi-
cro filter
(2) Loose the nut at pressure relief valve with a 25
mm wrench
(3) Check the pressure which is indicated at the ma-
nometer
(4) If the pressure is not 20 bar ± 2 bar (290 psi ± 29
psi), turn screw at pressure relief valve with a 10
mm wrench until this value is reached.
(5) Tighten the nut with a 10 mm wrench.
Torque:
10 Nm (7.4 lbf

Note: The calibration of the CSU will be done by the engine
manufacturer. If calibration is necessary by authorized
maintenance, proceed at a gear box temperature of 50°C as
follows:
Note: The propeller pitch limits will be set by the propeller manufac-
turer.
