Safety instructions in connection with Lithium-ion baeries
WARNING!
The DIGITRADIO 231 OD is equipped with a modern, powerful lithium-ion baery
that meets all safety requirements. Due to the higher hazard potential of modern
rechargeable baeries, please pay particular aention to careful handling of the
device and observe the following safety instructions.
- If possible, charge your device in a place with a smoke or fire detector.
- Make sure that there are no flammable materials and objects in the immediate
vicinity when charging.
- When charging, stay close to the device and do not charge it while you are
sleeping.
- Do not charge the device outdoors, in damp rooms or in places where very
high temperatures are to be expected (e.g. in a garden house or behind the
windscreen in a car).
