8.8 Manual scan
This menu item is used for a manual station scan. Furthermore, it can be used to check the
reception channels and optimise the positioning of the antenna.
> Open Menu > [Manual scan].
> Select a channel (5A to 13F) by turning Tune/Select (4) and press Tune/Select (4)
to tune to it.
The channel signal strength will now be shown on the display. The antenna can now
be aligned to the maximum signal intensity.
If DAB+ stations are received on the channel, the ensemble name of the station is
displayed and the DAB+ stations are also stored in the station list (if they are not
already there).
Stations with a signal strength below the required minimum signal intensity are not
transmiing a strong enough signal.
