7 Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The DIGITRADIO keeps dropping the
digital radio signal.
You are driving through regions with a
weak DAB signal.
Check the DAB network coverage in your
current location.
The DIGITRADIO is installed incorrectly. Check the installation instructions.
Something is causing interference. > Switch o any satellite navigation
systems, dash cams and other devices to
see if the signal strength increases.
> Use the 12 V adapter provided since
other adapters may cause
interference.
The DIGITRADIO is constantly
switching o of its own accord.
Automatic standby mode is
enabled.
If this happens too frequently, adjust the
seing for the automatic standby mode.

I cannot connect my DIGITRADIO to
a compatible mobile device.
Bluetooth is not enabled on your
mobile device.
Check that your mobile device is
Bluetooth-compatible and that
Bluetooth is enabled.
A dierent Bluetooth device is
connected to the DIGITRADIO.
Switch Bluetooth o on the other device.
The DIGITRADIO is not paired properly
with the mobile device.
Pair the DIGITRADIO with your mobile
