Rechargeable baeries cannot be charged up in the TECHNIRADIO 3.
5.3.2 Connecting the mains adapter
> Only use the mains adapter provided. Insert one end into the port marked DC
IN (11) on the back of the TECHNIRADIO 3. Then connect the power supply to
the mains.
Ensure that the operating voltage of the power supply unit matches the mains
voltage before you insert it into the wall socket.
When you connect the device to the mains for the first time, "Welcome to
Digital Radio" appears on the display. You can then select the operating
language. Using the < Tune or Tune> buons, select one of the available
languages and confirm the selection by pressing the Select buon. This will then
be followed by an initial station scan via DAB+. Please refer to the information in
Section5.4.1.
