      If Bluetooth pairing fails, it might be because the PIN on the BTL-1000 2D UHF Reader has been changed. In this case, set the Bluetooth® PIN to a known value.

      The BTL-1000 2D UHF Reader might not be discoverable for several reasons: * The reader may have powered off. Press the yellow button and ensure the blue LED is flashing. * The reader may be out of range. Move the BTL-1000 2D UHF Reader closer to the host. * The Bluetooth® friendly name of the reader may have been changed. Check the Bluetooth® friendly name or restore the reader to factory defaults if unsure.

      If you cannot connect via the Bluetooth® virtual com port, it could be due to: * The host has paired to a different Bluetooth® device. Pair to the required BTL-1000 2D UHF Reader. * The host Bluetooth® function has an error. Warm boot the host. If this does not help, delete the BTL-1000 2D UHF Reader from the favourites list.

      A rapidly flashing orange LED during charging indicates either a battery fault, in which case you should replace the battery pack, or the battery pack temperature is outside recommended limits. Ensure that charging only occurs between 5°C and 40°C.
