Use kettle only for heating drinking water and plug into an earthed socket.
Keep kettle away from heat, wet surfaces, sharp edges; use with lid closed and own base.
Never immerse kettle, base, cord, or plug in water; do not use with wet hands or bare feet.
Be careful of hot surfaces, steam from spout, and hot stainless steel body; use handle only.
Place base on clean surface, adjust cord, rinse kettle, boil and discard water twice.
Plug in base, place kettle, ensure stability, start heating via ON/OFF/OK button.
Use +/- buttons to select temperature (60-100°C in 5°C steps), confirm with ON/OFF.
Set heating temp, press Keep Warm button, select duration (10-60 min) and confirm.
Heating cycle starts with red light; Keep Warm activates after heating completion.
Rinse filter under water; brush gently if dry. Descale if scale is difficult to remove.
Descale monthly with white vinegar or commercial descaler; rinse thoroughly.
Check connections, reconnect appliance. If still no display, return to service centre.
Kettle used without water or has scale. Cool, refill, or descale as needed.
Discard initial boils. For persistent taste, boil with baking soda and rinse.
Recycle appliance components by taking to a local civic waste disposal centre.
