I cannot open the lid:
The aspect of the interior has
changed:
■ Check that the pressure indicator is in the low
position.
■ If not: release the steam from the pressure cooker
by cooling it under cold water, if necessary.
■ If it is blackened: clean it with a special product
for cleaning stainless steel.
■ If it shows iridescent glints: clean it with vinegar
or a special stainless cleaning product.
