skewering. Slide the skewers into the poultry

slotted into the frame so that it remains stable

Slide all parts into the oven, making sure that the skewer is firmly placed in the
appropriate slot

IMPORTANT! For optimal cooking in turnspit mode, the thermostat must be set to 240°C
and the door must be closed.
