If the Link LED is off on your Telco Network Hardware, ensure both the switch and the connected device are powered on. Confirm that the cable is securely plugged into both the switch and the device. For rack-mounted switches, inspect connections to the punch-down block and patch panel. Check that you're using the correct cable type and that it's within the specified length limits. Inspect the adapter on the connected device and the cable connections for any defects. If you find a defective adapter or cable, replace it.
