  Square blocks, freezing, no sound, or a 'No signal' message on your Telestar Set-top box can be due to heavy rain or snow. It can also happen if the antenna is incorrectly positioned, the dish is too small for your location, or there's an obstruction between the dish and the satellite, such as a wall or tree. In case of heavy rain or snow, disconnect the mains power for about 5 seconds, and then switch the receiver back on. Ensure your antenna is correctly positioned or use a larger dish if needed.
