ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 25 July 2005, No. 151
"Implementation of Directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC,
on the restrictions of the use of hazardous substances
in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as the disposal of waste".
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the equipment, or on its packaging,
indicates that the product at the end of its useful life must be disposed of separately
from other waste material. The user can return the equipment to the distributorif it is
to be replaced with a new one.The manufacturer is responsible for organising
and managing theseparate collection of this equipment at the end of its life.
The user wishing to dispose this equipment must contact the manufacturer
and follow the system implemented for the separate collection
of the equipment,once it reaches the end of its life. Appropriate separate
collection of waste products destined for recycling, treatment
and environmentally sound disposal, contributes to preventing possible
negative effects on the environment and health and encourages
the re-use and/or recycling of the materials used to manufacture
the equipment. Unauthorised disposal of the product by the owner will
result in the application of the administrative fines envisaged by current laws.
