If the Tempur-Pedic Health Care Products pump assembly isn't working, check the following: * Ensure the power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical surge protector outlet. Test the outlet with another appliance. * Verify the power cord is plugged into the power supply. * Confirm the DC jack is plugged into the back of the pump assembly. * When power is supplied, listen for the pump assembly initialization and check if the remote controls power up. If not, the power supply might be defective. * Make sure the hoses are properly connected to the nozzles on the front of the pump assembly. * Ensure the hoses are not tangled, kinked, or caught in the base. * Confirm the hoses are not pinched or stuck behind the baseboard or mattress.
