Why is there low water pressure in my Tenzo Bathroom Fixtures?

  If you're experiencing low water pressure or no water at all with your Tenzo Bathroom Fixtures, several factors could be the cause. It could be that the water hose is pinched or squeezed. If you are using a well, you may need to increase the pressure of your pump. Also, debris might be at the entrance of the check valve; in this case, remove the faucet from the wall, disconnect the hot and cold connectors from the valve, and clear away any dirt and debris. If hard water is the problem, soak the thermostatic cartridge in a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar for 12 hours. Remember to consult the cartridge removal manual for instructions before starting.

  If the water temperature from your Tenzo Bathroom Fixtures is too hot or too cold when the handle is in the twelve o'clock position, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the temperature of your water heater is adjusted to 60°C (140°F) and adjust if necessary. Also, debris at the entrance of the check valve could be the cause; in this case, remove the faucet from the wall, disconnect the hot and cold connectors from the valve and remove all dirt and debris. If the temperature knob is in the wrong position, contact Tënzo for possible adjustment of the thermostatic cartridge.

  If your Tenzo rain shower head continues to drip after use, it might be because the shower head is placed horizontally. Adjust the angle of your rain shower head to allow for proper drainage. Alternatively, the handle of the rain shower head valve may not be closing correctly. In this case, contact Tenzo for a cartridge replacement.
