Screw the narrow, upper hinges (19) to the lid (2) with screws (I)
and nuts (K).
Screw the wide, lower hinges (20) to the re bowl (6) with
screws (I).
Screw the re bowl (6) to the brakets (8) with screws (H).
Insert the burner (5) through the opening in the re bowl (6).
Align the valves on the front panel (10) with the venturi tubes on
the burner (5). Make sure the valve tips are fully seated in the
venturi and are well aligned.
Tighten the burner (5) with screws (J).
Connect the igniter wire to the igniter (18).
Attach the lid (2) to the re bowl (6) with hinge pins (C) and split
pins (G)
Distribute the supplied lava stones (21) evenly in a single layer
on the lava stone grate (4) before placing it in the grill pan.
Place the BBQ grate (3) in the re bowl.
