  If your Tera Battery Charger exhibits excessive leakage current, immediately disconnect the leakage or over-current protection switch on the distribution box. Check the AC charger output line for damage, low impedance to the ground, or a short circuit. Also, inspect the vehicle's inlet socket to ensure it is in good condition. After addressing these issues, attempt to power the system on again. If the problem continues, disconnect the leakage/over current protection switch from the distribution box and check for a low impedance or short circuit between the two output lines of the AC charger.

Why Tera Battery Charger goes to standby mode?

  The Tera Battery Charger enters standby mode if the input voltage drops below 190Vac for level 2 or 90Vac for level 1 for a short time. The charger will check the power network and restore itself when the voltage returns to the normal range, then automatically resume charging. If the voltage remains consistently low (below 190Vac for level 2 or 90Vac for level 1) for an extended period, wait until the voltage recovers to the normal range before using the charger.
