• Always disconnect the plug from the power socket before filling
the tank with water.
• Before carrying out any cleaning operation, disconnect the plug
from the socket and wait until the iron has cooled down comple-
tely.
RISK OF BURNS
• The soleplate and the surfaces marked with the symbol
opposite can become very hot during use. Do not touch
these parts until the iron has cooled down.
• The iron emits steam which can cause burns: be careful
not to come into contact while ironing
• Never try to iron clothes worn by a person: the steam is
very hot and could cause serious burns.
• Do not come into contact with the water that comes out of
the plate as it is hot and you could burn yourself.
