What to do if the skin becomes red using Terraillon Medical Equipment?

  If your skin becomes red and/or you feel a stabbing pain, it might be due to using the electrodes on the same site every time, electrodes not adhering properly, dirty electrodes, or a scratched electrode surface. Reposition the electrodes. Ensure the electrodes are securely adhered to the skin. Clean the electrodes or replace them with new ones. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop use immediately.

Why is the stimulation uncomfortable with Terraillon Medical Equipment?

  Uncomfortable stimulation can occur if the intensity is too high or the electrodes are too close together. Decrease the intensity. Reposition the electrodes to be at least 2 inches apart. Also, ensure the device is being operated according to the manual.

  Weak or absent stimulation may be due to dried out or dirty electrodes, electrodes that don't stick well, or poorly positioned electrodes. Replace the electrodes. Switch off the device and reposition the electrode on your skin then switch back on.
