Getting Started
1. Check the unit

Battery is in properly

Tubing is inserted all the way in

Ination bulb is screwed in properly
2. Select the right cuff size
!
Make sure to select the right size
cuff checking the reference lines
3. Wrap the cuff
!
The “O” mark needs to be placed
right above the artery
Normal & Slow Modes
Auscultation Mode
4. Turn the power on
(Defaults to Normal
mode. Choose “Slow”
for hypotensive patients.)
4. Turn the power on
and choose “ Aus”
6. Stop pressurization
(measurements
start automatically:
SYS, DIA, & pulse
will display when
complete)
7. Press Pow er button
to turn off monitor
(automatically shuts off
after 3 idle minutes)
5. Pressurize
30-40 mmHg
