If you believe that your Model Y has a defect which
could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you
should immediately notify Tesla and then contact the
Korea Automobile Testing and Research Institute
(KATRI) at their toll-free number: 080-357-2500 or at
their web site: www.car.go.kr. Any claim you
file with
KATRI will be reviewed; if it is determined that there is a
possibility of manufacturing defects, KATRI will launch
an investigation that may result in ordering the
manufacturer to order a recall.
