  The VCI might not turn on due to several reasons: * The diagnostic cable or power cable may not be properly connected. Ensure both are securely connected. * The diagnostic cable could be damaged, in which case it should be replaced. * The DIAGNOSIS connector might be damaged, requiring you to contact Technical Assistance. * If the OBD socket is not powered when the vehicle is off, try turning on the vehicle. * If the cigar lighter socket is not powered when the vehicle is off, use another power supply method indicated in the manual.
