You are now viewing Graphs & Geometry Settings
For Graphing Angle select Degree

The important thing to note here is that you use the
b button to change the Graphing Angle settings, but
to change the Calculation Angle settings, you use the
cog/battery icon or the home screen to access the
Document Settings screen.
