4 Tier Aluminium Seed Tray unit.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all before you begin.

'Short Side'

Components:
• Layout the four legs.
• Join each pair together with the 'Long Horizontal'
parts to form the two main frame sections of the
overall frame.
• Place one of the main frame sections up against a wall
(for stability) and attach the 'Short horizontal' parts. It
will be unstable at this stage due to the un-tightened nuts
and bolts.
• Attach the other main frame in a similar manner forming
the cage.
PTO
• Tip your nuts, bolts and caps into
one of the seed trays.
• Throughout initial assembly the
nuts and bolts need only be finger
tight. The structure will be squared
out on a level floor later on.
• In this model the nuts need to face
away from the frame to allow for
the black caps to be inserted in the
final stages.

Final Tightening and Squaring

Tighten all nuts, ensure horizontals butt up and are flush at the top, and check diagonal measurements.

Install Black Caps

Push the provided black caps onto each nut for a neat finish.

Step 4: Final Placement and Tray Insertion

Positioning and Tray Loading

Move the assembled frame into its final position and insert the seed trays.
