Conforms to ANSI Z21.11-2b-2013. Gas-Fired Room Heater Volume II, Unvented Room Heater
This is an unvented gas-fired heater. It uses air (oxygen) from the room in
which it is installed. Provisions for adequate combustion and ventilation
air must be provided. Refer to Air For Combustion and Ventilation
section on page 8 of this manual. Warranty is void if not professionally installed.

This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket, permanently located,
manufactured (mobile) home, where not prohibited by local codes.
This appliance is only for use with propane or natural gas.
This appliance is equipped with a simple means to switch between
propane and natural gas in dual fuel models only. Field conversion by
any other means including the use of a kit is not permitted.

      If, when you press the igniter button on your Thermablaster Heater, there is a spark at the ODS/pilot but no ignition, first ensure the gas supply is turned on or the equipment shutoff valve is open. Fully press in the control knob while pressing the igniter button, and continue holding it down, repeating the igniting operation until air is removed. Also, ensure the control knob is in the PILOT position. You might also need to clean or replace the ODS/pilot assembly or replace the gas regulator. If problems persist, contact your local propane/LP gas company.

Solution: Reposition the igniter electrode. * Cables between the switch, battery pack, igniter, and igniter electrode may be loose, pinched, wet, or broken. Solution: Secure or replace the cables. * The igniter is bad. Solution: Replace the igniter. * There is no battery or the battery is used up. Solution: Install or replace the battery.
