19. Reset the burner control by pressing the reset button
located on the burner control. If you do not know
where the control reset button is, do not touch any
part of the control system or wiring. Turn all gas
and electrical power off to the appliance and call a
qualied service technician.
20. Replace the upper front jacket panel.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED
To Turn Off Gas To Boiler
1. Set the thermostat to lowest setting.
2. Turn off electric power to the appliance if service is
to be performed.
3. Remove front door.
4. Rotate gas main shutoff valves, located inside the
appliance, clockwise from "ON" position to
"OFF". Make sure handle rests against stop.
5. Replace front door.
6. At the rear of the unit, rotate the pilot and main gas
valves clockwise from "ON" position to
"OFF". Make sure handle rests against stop.
21. Observe several on and off cycles of the water heater.
If any light offs are excessively noisy or rough,
or any questionable boiler operation is noticed,
immediately turn off all gas and electrical power and
call qualied service technician.
22. Should overheating occur or the gas supply fail
to shut off, turn off the manual gas control to the
appliance.
