  There are several reasons why your Thermal Zone Air Conditioner might not be cooling or heating properly. The temperature setting might be incorrect, or the air filter could be blocked; try setting the temperature correctly and cleaning the air filter. Open doors or windows can also affect performance, so ensure they are closed. Check for any blockages of the air inlet or outlet of either the indoor or outdoor unit; if blocked, clear the obstructions and restart the unit. Finally, the compressor might be in a 3 to 4-minute protection delay; in this case, wait 3 to 4 minutes for it to complete.
