If for any reason you nd a product unsatisfactory, you may
return the product in its unused, original condition, including all
components and packaging, within 30 days of purchase date as
stated on your receipt for a full refund of the amount paid. Please
contact us if your product is received damaged or defective
and we will make it right! If your product is received damaged in
shipping, keep all packing materials and report the damage to
customer service at 855-232-7233. We will replace your product
right away.

Product Usage and Care

Getting Started

Cool packs in freezer/fridge for 45-60 minutes until solid before use. Ensure they lay flat to avoid freezing into strange shapes.

How to Wear

Unfasten fastener, place arms through holes, fasten tightly so packs rest firmly on the back. Wear comfortably over the UnderCool.

Cooling and Recharging

Packs absorb body heat for 1-2 hours. Re-cool by submerging in ice water for 20 min, freezer for 40 min, or fridge for 60 min.

Washing and Care

Remove cooling packs. Wash garment in cold water with like colors. Dry and store flat.

Installing Cooling Packs

Packs slide into the garment; may require wiggling fabric for a snug, cooling fit.
