Why is my THERMEx Air Cleaner vibrating so much?

  If your THERMEx Air Cleaner experiences serious vibration, it could be due to several reasons. The fan blade might be damaged, or the fan motor isn't securely fixed. In such cases, switch off the unit and have it repaired only by qualified personnel. Also, the unit might not be properly hung on the bracket. To resolve this, carefully take down the unit and ensure the bracket is correctly positioned.

  If both the light and fan on your THERMEx Air Cleaner aren't working, it could be due to a burned-out light bulb or a loose power cord. Try replacing the bulb with one of the correct rating. Also, check the power cord and ensure it's securely plugged into the power supply.

  If your THERMEx Air Cleaner's suction performance isn't good, it might be because the distance between the unit and the cooking plane is too great. Readjust the distance, ensuring it is between 65-75cm.
